Apparently Denis Suarez is extending his contract with Barcelona then joining us on loan for the rest of the season.

Probably Barca's insurance on a good fee. I wonder if his price has just gone up if we do pick him up end of season as a result.

Sounds like he is on his way to us. At best we will sign Suarez and another player, but there isn't much positive 'noise' in respect of a second signing.

Back in talks to sign Carrasco apparently since Inter are refusing to loan Perisic. Better option imo purely based on age and future at the club. He is a good player and will certainly bring something different to the team along with Suarez. Whether we will get Carrasco done however, i'm not to confident but there is time!

Carrasco is unbelievably overrated. If Unai is looking for players that chase back n chase the ball (i. e why he doesn’t play Ozil) then he is barking up the wrong tree with this one.
Why d’you think Atletico got rid? Simeone wanted players who fight n give 100% every game. Carrasco is not this.
