i said back in 2014 that the fa cup was a perfect way for wenger to leave on a high and i would say after saturday that would have been perfect to.
but now it looks like he's staying and that is it for now, no point in going on about wanting him gone
but for example if we end up selling alexis, have a poor transfer window and start the season bad then things will get ugly very early on.

Great perspective g62. Regardless of how things go higher up, the obligation is to support the team. Feelings on Wenger are pretty 50/ 50 myself but more than ever need to get behind the squad and give them that extra boost.

{Ed001's Note - you were interested last summer but I believe this season has put off pretty much all the interested parties. Arsenal have certainly not kept as close an eye on him as they did last season, barely bothering watching Leicester at all. Having said that, you probably didn't need to do more than a check up every so often anyway, as the scouts will have done a good report for last summer. Until you make a move or he signs elsewhere I can't be 100%, but my belief is from the lack of scouting and the poor performances that interest has dried up.}

Money is one thing and we can throw all we have at Sanchez but the lad wants to win big prizes and compete on all fronts so let the bloke go and do all he can to realise all that ambition that so obviously runs through every vein in his body.
He's been great for us and absolutely no one has given more than him the last 3 seasons, if he goes it won't be him who's let us down and we should totally respect that and if he ever returns with his mew club we should give him a standing ovation.
No more bitterness towards players who leave to achieve their ambitions they couldn't achieve with us imo.

BBC said that arsene's decision was decided today with his meeting with kroenke. Do you have any idea what was decided? I know from another source that arsene wants to stay, however, he would not want to because of fans backlash etc.
