Arsenal have beaten Liverpool to the signing of young goalkeeper Hugo Keto from Finnish side HJK Helsinki, according to reports from the Metro today.
Keto has signed a three-year contract with Arsene Wenger's side.
So that's Fabianski covered.
16 youth player from West Ham Ben Sheaf has signed on.
So that's Bendtner covered.

I think you will find he is joining the youth set up and will be 3rd choice, at best. I would assume we are still looking for a keeper to challenge Szczesny.

Nice to see Ozil having a rest :-)
Did anyone else notice the referee is Captain Hadley the nasty prison guard from the Shawshank redemption.
Also don't see Sakho ahead of Koscielny.

Hi Eds, is there any truth in Rumours linking Arsenal and Casillas?

{Ed025's Note - not that am aware of AG2..

I know this sounds pretty stupid Eds, but I think Ozil is extremely close to Khedira, obviously played together at Madrid and play together for Germany.
Wenger obviously wants to his big money signing Ozil happy, do you think Ozils influence will have any effect on Arsenal choosing Khedira as their number 1 cdm target?
Or will players never have any impact on transfers?

That maybe true, however I also saw a report that RM had a 10-15% better chance if winning if these 2 didn't play together.

I would say Khedira, Rambo and Ozil will be a menacing prospect for any prem team!

I did that also the other week. Am I joining?
Agree2

Not saying he is joining but the timing is a little odd! He hasn't added another players/teams recently!
Agree1

Maybe he is trying to expand his quality players as an agent, let's face it no better place to headhunt top players if you an agent =]

The Mccarthy to arsenal deal is still in its early stages. If all goes to plan from an Arsenal point of view then James Mccarthy could be in an arsenal shirt before the gunners travel to America on their pre-seaso tour. Nothing is agreed or in concrete but my estimate would be around £19 million.

Way to much for a slightly better than average player. £16 mill for kaderia, £19.9 for kroos and then £19 mill for Mccarthy.

Eds, random question. Dempsey was a target a while back and would have surely helped us offensively then, but we let him go to spurs. I also read that we had a chance to sign Bradley in the winter but got Kalstrom instead. Being an American, I'm just curious, with that in mind, is there a bias against USA players at Arsenal?

{Ed025's Note - no goose, they are both good players but not exactly world beaters mate..
Even so, surely Bradley would have been a better option than Kalstrom. And if I recall, we were looking at Dempsey in the same window when we got park chu yung.

Bradley was probably the worst player in the American team this WC IMO. Just saying.

I'd take Howard that would be about it.

Hi eds, just found out we've signed west ham youth product Ben Sheaf, was wondering if you could give us some details, or a site that can give us some details about him.
Can't find anything about him other than he's a 16 year old who is thought highly of.
