Guessing there's no truth to it but just seen hulk to arsenal on any smudge of truth eds? Only asking because I haven't saw this for a while on this page.

Hopefully not. I simply don't get this player. I would far prefer Balotelli, who has a good scoring rate, has played in the premiership, is young and has superb potential if Wenger can work his magic and calm him down!

Hughes, Merson, Pennant, Anelka, Bendtner - all examples of him conspicuously failing to handle trouble

Ed since the enquiry for Carvalho a few weeks ago, have arsenal, as reported, actually made a concrete offer for the player?

Apoligies if you don't really know Ed002 I'm just asking as tbh you are most probably the most realisable source possible lol. But do you see arsenal actually signing a defensive midfielder. You may know something or just have a crystal ball, I thought i'd ask anyway

I reported 3 weeks ago stating we have SIGNED KHEDIRA. Most were more concerned by a spelling mistake in my post. I'm just updating you guys that I asked my tomato sauce for updates but he was very coy. His response was, 'just ask Stan. '

We have not signed khedira.

Madrid want to sell him, Arsenal would like to get the player, but obviously his head has been turned by another team, to stick it out and leave on a free at the end of his contract and gain a rather large sum at that point. that is how I understand it. i'm not going to quote sources but let's just say I understood that while I was at the first pre season game and had a chance to talk to someone there.

but I think we maybe able to do a deal for Carvalho, he would enable us to play 4-1-4-1 which we tried and worked quite well tactically, while khedira won't quite give us that comfort to play that formation, rather 4-2-3-1.

at the end of the day, money talks.

Ozil will play in the hole when he is back, he doesn't have the discipline to play out wide and is wasted there anyways, so 4-2-3-1 will be our system.

Ubistonk, Ozil's 'discipline' has nothing to do with it as he's only been asked to play there for Germany and had been given appropriately specific instructions. But I'd agree it was a waste
