Okay, so this may seem like a Malaga Gooner, but trust me, it's not. This is what I heard tonight:
Thiago Motta is off to Athletico (100% certain)
(this means that David Luiz will be pushed up into the center of the field while Marquinhos will fill in the centerback position)
Rabiot is off to Roma
Cabaye is going to Crystal Palace for 12mil
Trap (GK of Frankfurt) is off to PSG to challenge Sirigu
Di Maria to PSG with Van de Weil going the other way (supposed 95% done)
Ibra stays. Cavani stays. Lavezzi will most likely stay as no one wants to pay his wages.
