BBC reports that Djourou only has bruising to his knee with no serious damage. Apparently the news comes from the Swiss FA. We will wait and see.

Fabregas to Chelsea or any club other than Barcelona is ridiculous.

But I do agree Nasri will be used to plug the gap, with similar players like Wilshere and hopefully Ramsey flitting in and out of that position.

I see Hazard or Chamberlain (probably Chamberlain as he would be cheaper, and not quite as good as Hazard) pushing Arshavin for his position - I do think Arshavin has another season in an Arsenal shirt, I just hope it is Hazard because the hype is true and I reckon Chamberlain would be another Walcott and take 4 seasons to adapt and develop.

Arsene must realise he made a mistake not picking up a defender (Samba on a plate) in January and throwing a CB from FC Lorient straight into the premier league similarly Squillaci is quite simply a mistake.

Liklihood will be that if we are looking at someone you will know at the same time as everyone else think of every transfer window and you will realise all Arsenal signings are in the bag by the time the info is leaked or there has been 20 bids rejected - Nasri, Koscielny, Squillaci, Arshavin always the same.

Djourou's current injury status for people who dnt know, obviously it hasnt been officially confirmed but nonetheless, check it out. . .
We'll have to wait for an update from the club but he said on his Twitter:

"Hello. Thanks for the support. I was hit on my knee on saturday as you saw it. I'm feeling better. For more infos check arsenal.com. Cheers."

Which sounds a lot more positive than many of us feared. If it was 'season ending' im sure he would have said, so chill out lads.
