Ed question, why are Monaco allowing top players to leave given that they are cash rich? Is there Russian owner a bit of a "forced seller" because of the political climate or is the club just not matching player ambitions?

{Ed002's Note - Players wish to move on. Monaco has crowds of 7k or 8k most home games, the profile is lower. It is nothing to do with politics. They are still looking at high-price players so it is not forced financially.}

Ed espn sources claim man United have ended there interest in Carvalho, does this pave the way for arsenal and is there any updated news on any targets?
