What's not to understand? We have 6 players already who can play CF, and Wenger has already said he won't buy a striker unless somebody leaves.

It's a total joke when wenger says we have all these players that can play as a center lone striker. none of them have BOTH the ability to hold up the ball AND turn the defender and burn him with pace. Sanchez maybe but that's one guy not 4 to 5. it's embarrassing when you look at the top three choices for center forwards from each of the other top teams in the league. We need a guy that that do it all. hold the ball, burn the defender and most of all take that shot and bury it when given a reasonable chance

If wenger truly is not looking for a striker he should leave at the end of the season

I do get what you're saying. It is frustrating. But who would you have got to replace let's day rvp. Who has been available and able to get. Realistically let's not just say cavani and falcao it wouldn't happen
