Superb signing, made so much sweeter by Mourinho saying he would sell Cech to Arsenal as he would not want to strengthen a competitor for the title, not once but twice Lol

It is such a big signing for us. We have not had a keeper of his stature, both as a keeper and as a human being.

Two more signings, Benzema and Carvalho please, and no matter who everyone else buys at least we would be equal as a first 11.

I am ecstatic!

And our squad looks incredibly strong all of a sudden.

We have strength in depth for once.

And if Stepney wants the number 1 shirt back he has really lot to improve now, so tome to step up or ship out, so even beneficial there!

There seem to be suggestions that part of the Cech deal is that the Ox goes the other way!

Cech at 11 million = fantastic
Cech in Ox out = stupidity in the extreme and Arsene may have been stubborn and stuck in past up until this year but he's never been stupid mate.
