Giroud wants to stay.

I'm well happy with that. Adds another option to our attack.

Prefer welbeck fod that job now for mw dags. I think if he stays fit he's a better option for holding the ball up and winning it. We will sell someone this summer. For me giroud and perez are favourites and walcott and welbeck will stay. Sanchez is the only important one, though.

I think they all have their attributes Steve.

Welbeck has speed, not the best finisher.
Ditto Walcott, but I think he's a better finisher.
Olly, leads the line better than all of the above, decent finisher and brings others into play. Aerial ability better than most.

Perez just needs more game time.

Giroud is a bit part player for me and only that. Perez isn't fancied by wenger. Giroud 31 and getting slower and perez just because he hasn't been given a run, need to go. Only my opinion of course.

Steve,
God help us if we get an injury.

Fancy a game?

It will be interesting to see what players do actually depart this summer. We do struggle to move players on.

Giroud is quality in my opinion. I'd much rather start him up front than welbz and Walcott. Perez seemed alright, but like everyone has said, he wasn't given enough game time. If it was up to me, I'd keep Giroud and get rid of Theo as Giroud offers a lot more up front. Obviously Theo doesn't appeal to a lot of clubs as he's a bag of s**t and is payed way too much.

{Ed025's Note - not a big fan then jaybo?.. :)

There is bound to be at least one forward sold with Lacazette coming in, My preference would be Walcott but he is content and comfortable here so I think Sanchez is leaving but's one I feel that could drag out a while, to try avoid him going to city. At least we got Lacazeete in nice and early before the pre season tour so time to settle in. I really think he is about the best striker we could have realistically got with being out of Champions league.

Perez was just a odd signing from the start not sure why we signed him seemed a but of desperate punt to me, he was never going to be nothing more than a squad backup.

I am hoping for a midfielder enforcer rumours about William Carvalho which would be decent, not fussed either way for Marhez tbh.

Giroud may be 31 soon but honestly when has he ever beaten anyone for pace? He will barely be affected by losing speed. Giroud's play is much more Drogba than Owen so I reckon he's got a couple years left in him as a top striker. Which he is.
