I think the best bit of business arsenal can do before the deadline is tell wenger he needs to step down for his own sanity and respect.
The only reason players are leaving is because of him.
The papers report that the senior players have questioned wengers tactics. If true i applaud these brave players for speaking up. This isn't about disrespecting wenger its about someone telling him he is in cloud cuckoo land with some of his bizarre decisions.

It shows that there is a passion in the players but the team structure and tactics coming from wenger is ruining this club.
At first i felt sorry for wenger now i am embarrassed for him. We have ex players and managers coming out of the woodwork saying - you won't know what you had till his gone - that is pure BS.

If he goes we will have fresh ideas and new start with optimism but if he stays we will have the same old excuses and drivel which will drive away fans and players. the odd occasional victory papering over the ever widening cracks and saying we were mentally strong and showed character has been over used.

For the good of arsenal football club he and his backroom staff must go. We can vent our frustation to the board as well but its wenger that picks the team.

I don't disagree with any of what you say but Arsene only has his new contract with thr fans acceptance, if there had been enough support for change last season none of this would be happening.
It's going to take time to sort out but one way or another this has to be the last season for Arsene as Arsenal manager, it's far to late for this season so there is absolutely no reason to panic and do anything right at this moment in time.
What needs to be different this time is the support for change needs to be and remain solid first and foremost from the fans themselves, people need to decide what they want once and for all and stick to it rather than keep reacting on a result to result basis.

There was enough support last season. But wenger runs the club and has the last decision. If it was upto the fans he would have been out a couple of seasons ago.
Its never too late to change. This season under wenger will be mediocre unless we have a miracle and top players stay and new quality players want to come but i can't see that happening. A change is best for him and the players more importantly the club.
