I've got to say Emery's substitutions are very good. He is always positive and he goes for it early. Quite often this season we have started poorly but in the second half scored at least one and won the game. That excites me as a fan. Remember Emery's Seville were trailing to Liverpool in the Europa League final he made a couple of positive changes and they blew them away in the second half!

When he starts getting it right at the start of a game, we are going to be dangerous. Lol.

I was thinking exactly the same thing when reading kcider post Steve mate :-)
When subs change a game does it mean the manager is a genius for spotting the problem or an person for not starting the best 11 :-)
But do agree Kcider mate, it's a breath of fresh air to have a decisive manager who isn't afraid to see and admit his mistakes and rectify them asap.

It's so refreshing following on from Wenger, who tended to leave substitutions until late, often too late to affect the game and generally only took those players off that wouldn't complain.

Yep Emery takes off the players that are playing poorest or for tactical reasons nuff said.
