Hello Ed and fellow Gooners, 15 youngsters released, 3 senior players released with a possibility of more to be sold, it appears the removal of the deadwood has well and truly started GOOD.
The acquisition of youngsters of Crowley, Yanogo, Mitrovic and a possibility of Selva from Barca is all typical AW, which has brought us dividends in the past, but what I would like to see is to one possibly two marquee signings now to give a message of intent. Not on transfer deadline day but now. I know Euro players can't sign till July 1st but it can be announced before hand and I think I am right in saying transfers between British clubs can happen now.
Who I want him to sign are Rooney or Higuian (there the marquee signings)plus Konogbia, and a goalie from Mignolet, Begovic or Ceasar.
