Although makes for good reading, this Higuain story really has shown how little people really know about what's going on inside the emirates.
Arsenal will end up without any of the suggest "big names" this season, it's all down to PR for selling season tickets & new shirt sales.
Sadly this is a little closer to the truth than any top player all us paying supporters deserve!

The shirt sales point is a little of the mark.
If you bought a shirt with Higuain on the back before he signed you don't deserve the money!

Just be patient we ll get the right players just keep the faith, shirt sales are only improved by signing new players I reckon we ll see some signings by the end of the week lots of talk about a return for a certain spaniard. Watch this space.

Season tickets were sorted in June. If a few promising bargin buckets from France arrive and no big players, then Wenger will become a very unpopular person. The signings, or lack of them will fall squarely on Wengers shoulders. the reason for this is due to the power he has at the club. He wealds more power than any other manager in the EPL and maybe more than Any Coach in world football. He tells the CEO how much we should pay in both wages and Fee. Time will tell. km

Hassan you've missed the point a little mate.

Season ticks have already been paid for this season (I know I've paid for mine ages ago).

So do you honestly think they are working on us now, with all this "PR", so that we will renew for next season!

Seriously, the fans are going to be furious when the win closes, without any significant purchase (s).

If it wasn't already bad enough for many disillusioned fans, IG has really set the expectations bar high with his announcement. I think the back leash will be huge, with years of mounting frustration.

Plus, they would sell more shirts by signing new players.?

Sorry your post doesn't make an awful lot of sense to me.

I am still (quietly) hopeful we will get some good signings this summer.

The comments are misinterupted he didn't say arsenal hadn't been but that arsenal didn't have an accepted bid, so arsenal still bid just below Madrid's valuation
