Wouldn't have minded them. But all the speculation of Rooney, higuain and Suarez made jovetic and negredo look mediocre compared.

Think jovetic would have been a good fit with us too, shame we couldn't get him. At least there's one positive; nasri's career with city looks well and truly finished :D

They're bigger than anyone we've signed though. And the looks of it is we've missed out on Higuain and when Napoli sign him well miss out on Suarez because real will then be able to buy him.

Leaving us with the scraps. As per usual.

Jovetic is nothing special. I was praying we didn't sign him earlier in the summer. Negredo is similar to Giroud so I'm not too fussed about that either.

If there is less demand for tickets the price will reduce. The longer the waiting list the higher the price. Simple supply and demand. Good luck sitting back and waiting for europa comp. You Should have much more ambition! You sit there cheering on poor over paid players - I'll demand something better.

It's Higuain/Suarez/Lewandowski/Rooney or no one for me.

Just a thought, what about soldado? dunno if he would be available but has a better than 1 in 2 ratio for Valencia and spain. Valencia have a bit of cash problems as well I think so may not cost too much. sure he is 28 but he is very experienced and knows where the goal is.
