Are you kidding me. Just think about it, how are we supposed to sign decent players when they don't know who the boss will be next year.

Players are not being signed when they DO know who the manager is! Respectfully, I do not think that is the point. The point is whether the player feels that the club in question is being decisive enough in its pursuit of him and look to get the deal done in a swift manner! Sadly, it looks like AFC lack this quality at the moment.
