Is this supposed 70M actually available? I know it was talked up massively at the beginning of the summer but that was during season ticket renewal for the more sceptic among us. We have the indisputable cash reserve as shown by the accounts but we have had that for a couple of seasons now to a lesser degree. We have also shifted some wages from the bill. It staggers me why we haven't invested, these bids we're putting in are ludicrous and were never going to be accepted. Someone from the club needs to answer some questions otherwise the next AGM could turn into a riot/massacre.

{Ed022's Note - Mate we have £100m plus easily to call upon should it be required. Money is literally no issue. Also, we have a separate budget for wages and that does NOT come out of the £70m plus war chest which has now been re-named "battle side-boob" instead...}

I didn't mean do we have the cash I meant is at actually being made available for transfers.
