With 90mil to spend I'd go for:
Hummels- 20mil
Gundogan- 20mil
Reus- 25mil
Lamela/di maria- 25mil.
No need for ST as we have podolski and Walcott capable of playing there aswell.
Believe one of our weak areas has always been lack of goals from the wings.

Its over by a bit but we've also sold players and have more than the amount we said. If we had bought from that list we could compete. Obviously not Barkley till recently. But he is very direct takes players on works hard defensively. Think he could really work in our team.
