AW doesn't panic buy, yeah right,

Mert, Santos, Arteta, Jenks,

he doesn't like to buy more than three players per window as it de-stabalises the squad? see above.

Anyway, he is looking like a rabbit caught in the headlights at the moment, all this money to spend and too afraid to do anything with it, so he goes back to basics, get freebies, and hope for the best, the fans will forgive me when/if we get champions league football.

The sorry state of affairs at the moment, it won't be a car driving over him this time, it'll be a robin reliant! His time is up, too stubborn, too tight, too long with a trophy, as soon as the window opened he knew where to strengthen, the man is fast becoming a joke!

{Ed022's Note - Arsene Wenger originally (rumour has it) was going for Fellaini and was quoted £15m plus so went for Arteta at £10m. Let's be honest, for a last day signing he's proven pretty good don't you think? As for Mertesacker, he's got us out of a hole and although im not his biggest fan, he's done pretty well in partnerships with Sagna and Koscielny. Santos was and still is awful and as for Jenkinson, he was signed in June 2011 for £1m so hardly a panic buy and someone who will be first choice right back soon for Arsenal...}

OK ed, fair enough, I do agree with Arteta, we are a different team with him playing, Mert just frightens the hell out of me every time someone's running at him, and yeah Jenks is one for the future, the less said about Santos the better lol. AW needs to stop investing all his efforts in signing unknown talents in the hope they will come good and sign experienced players, ones that can do a job now,
