Serbian Newspaper Zurnal are reporting that Nikola Zigic is on his way to london for a medical with a 1year contract in place.

If we sign Zigic, say goodbye to Champions League football.
Signing a player that struggles in the Championship would make no sense what so ever. Knock all the feel good factor out of the club.
I've never hoped a rumour was wrong as much as this one.
I can't cope with this.

I don't know I thought Iván Zamorano had something about him and George Weah wouldn't rank to highly either on that scale.
