woke up to the news are offering arteta a new deal. what is going on with this club. giroud also 30k a week increase and 4 year deal.

in my opinion neither are good enough for this club. saddens me

Arteta, Flamini, Podolski & Rosicky need to go.
I don't have a problem with extending Giroud's deal.

No problem in Giroud - gives us a plan B something we definitely lack! look at the Everton game for that example!

The only reason I can see for arteta is his leadership. Apparently (believe it or not) he is the loudest in the dressing room and a complete role model for the youngsters - he also speaks 7 or so languages so whatever.

Flamini, Podolski and Rosicky (sad times:( )need to go I agree

I see giroud at goodison and I see costa at goodison. I don't mind giroud as plan B if our plan A is world class striker.

Also on artetas leadership if we are after a loud person in the dressing room we may aswel get vinnie jones out of retirement. if he wants arteta as a coach i'm ok with that. but to be in the arsenal squad now. then noooo

Agree - Arteta has lost that edge on his pace where he could slightly just slightly get away with being DM - now he is just a liability!

I still think its his attitude and personality that is warranting a contract!

I disagree flam brings experience and although not the answer he can do a job rosicky gives 200 percent every time on the pitch and drives the team forward on every occasion as subs both are welcome in my team all day long arteta not so sure a little one dimensional diaby what can I say fantastic player but made of glass who knows we stuck with vp (bile in throat) but if if he manages to stay fit if .
