Arsenal, Arsenal, Arsenal what is going on. After such promise at the start of last season I really thought we would kick on this year and challenge for the holy grail right up until May. I've never been more wrong in my life!

A lot if people are slating Wenger for the disaster our club is becoming. Wenger is not the problem, he is one of several. We need change from the hierarchy at the top to the players on the park. At the next AGM someone should stand up and say "it's time for change, this isn't working anymore'. It's like any poor performing organisation whether it's a sports club or supermarket if something isn't working it's time for change. Stan Kroenke should be embarrassed to be our leader in the boardroom. His tenure has been disgraceful.

On the park the lads are letting us down big time. As has been well documented our defence is horribly, horribly bad but our attacking football is screaming out for some creativity. I have never been so bored watching us than I have been over the last couple of weeks. Sanchez and the OX aside we have no spark up top. Gone are the days we were the leaders of creating the beautiful game and at the forefront of intelligent football. On a side not if it wasn't for our fortunate London location we would not have players like Sanchez and Ozil among our ranks either.

Mr Wenger, as great as he has been, must say goodbye this season. We need a new main man in the technical area, we need a whole back room reshuffle. As disappointing as David Moyes was at United I liked all the press conferences he gave. He always seemed to have new ideas, modern ideas. That's what we need, not David Moyes but a leader with a modern philosophy.

We are on slippery slope and if we keep slipping it will be long, long, long way back up the hill.

By changing nothing, nothing changes.

I have said the same time and time again, but don't hold your breath. This board are with AW because he keeps the money reserves high so their income from the club remains high.

Kroneke has made a profit year on year. He's not about to get embarrassed mate. He has no passion for the club, he's in it to fatten his pockets.

The boys are letting us down but it's not for lack of ability in my opinion. Or even lack of trying. It's an issue of balance and an absence of clear tactical guidelines. Those are Wenger's problems.

Leader with a modern philosophy? Bang on. That's what we're short of. In the dressing room, in the dug out and even on the pitch.

As pete says, don't hold your breath
