Forgive me if I am wrong here but arsenal football club, this year will generate revenues of about 350 mil or more. let's get this into perspective, players are greedy because the clubs are too and greed breeds greed. The reason we have top players demanding huge amounts for their services is because at the other end we have players on obscene money for litterally turning up and doing nothing. Its called greed and it won't get better.

And the same people who pay for their greed are the people who feed it, the fans
Ultimately all the money comes from the fans whether it's through turnstile shirt sales TV or advertising its all paid for by the same fans who demand top players at all costs.
Football is currently very lucrative business.

Start a Stand Up for Fans campaign - boycott sky, BT, shirt sales and the stadium. That will teach them.

Movie stars earn an absolute fortune for their obvious talent and a few months work. Musicians earn an absolute fortune for their obvious talent and a few months work. To be honest I don't see too many people outside cinemas or music venues protesting over these wages, so I don't see why we should worry about what footballers earn for their obvious talent. I won't be boycotting anything, and even better, as someone from east London I love that a lot of footballers earning a fortune are not part of the privileged set, but boys from working class backgrounds, so I am more than happy for them to get the maximum from the system, as sadly, even in 2017, this doesn't happen often enough for people who go through comprehensive type education.

The money is astronomical and so are players demands to suit. You are right gunner we do fund it and we all feel we can have a say because of that.
