Ox as Cazorla long term replacement?

I think if we were to stick with this 3-4-2-1 going into next season. Xhaka and Ox could be a good, dynamic midfield duo. Ramsey, Coquelain and Elneney serve as good back ups.

Ox needs more game time and if he's considered as a CM and a back up RWB to Bellerin when he's injured then he'll play plenty next season.

I think given his workrate, dribbling and range of passing he could excell as a CM.

I agree with giving the Ox Cazs job but I just don't see Arsene seeing things that way.
George loved dropping and subbing Merson and Arsene seems to have the same thing with the Ox in my opinion.
I think take the money let the Ox go to Liverpool and Arsene buy someone who he thinks can be a regular in Cazs position is the answer that works for everyone.

Can't see it bwois, the guy ain't got the technique or mentality to wriggle outta them tight spots like the boss. Shame for his horrible injury, Jorginho of Napoli could replace caz, I'm struggling to find more suitable options. Elneny definitely ain't the answer though.

Agree I don't see it because of your reasons and he's always injured at some point. Big problem for all our injury prone players.

Give Liverpool the Ox plus £20m and get Coutinho.

I'd give my right arm for thiago from bayern to replace him, jack. jorginho would be a great replacement too.

Not that I don't rate him, the kid has talent and needs a whole season playing without injury. Wilshire spring to mind.
