Well suddenly it’s a happy camp here isn’t it? I guess your form and Spurs’s fall is a win win for you.

Looking forward to the weekend, no idea how it will go but if we manage to do you then I think that’s you also out of the title race (with Spurs) . If City do slip up someone needs to be close enough to take advantage although the current gap is still pretty daunting. We play them after you so a couple of wins for us makes it manageable, a couple of losses and I fear it will be over before Christmas.

Everyone happy with Wenger now?

Tony, you didn't make a prediction?

I'm going for a 3-0 win to us.

Hi AJH mate I'm not even thinking about titles in my opinion that's as far away as ever and should slip up they would have to have a complete meltdown and us have an run that would be completely unprecedented in recent years to get anywhere near them.
2nd place is not an unimaginable possibility but neither is 5th or even lower.
Liverpool Spurs Chelsea Utd and Arsenal are all locked in a battle 2nd 3rd or 4th and while recent results have been good for us and got us into serious top 4 contention again but it's far too tight and to early to rule any of the chasing pack in or out of next season's champions league places yet.
As for Arsene? :-)
It's irrelevant how anyone feels one way or the other mate, Mourinho Conte Poch jobs will all be in serious question should they miss out on top 4 and even Pep might get the bullet is City don't see the job through but Arsene? He will be Arsenal manager regardless if we finish 2rd or 7th.
Arsene doesn't need to challenge to keep his job as the last 14 years have shown, whether that's right wrong or indifferent it's reality.

My prediction is 1 1 with utd getting a highly disputed penalty deep into injury time that has Arsene going crazy after the game totally forgetting the refs decisions v Spurs and Burnley and only recalling the ones at City while Jose will contest the referees decision to award a throw in to Arsenal 2 minutes into the game that he feels should have gone Utds way that he feels lead indirectly to our 38th minute opening goal :-)

SY if money was the only ingredient needed to win the premier league and champions league I wonder why these billionaire owners put up with the likes of Mourinho Conte who are such hard work to get along with and cost 200k a week for the privilege when Mugs like you and me would do it for 1k a week gladly and deliver exactly the same results? Makes you think mate doesn't it :-)
The same argument could easily be had about Arsene and our wage bill for £ per points.
I reckon me and you could make a fair go of making us competitive by using your logic SY mate.

Sorry Moe mate, but on the bright side at least you will be expecting it and not quite as heartbroken when the ref points to the spot in the 97th minute mate :-)

Title race is already over, we're all playing for second place.

I agree entirely Wes and time be fair that's more than I expected to be involved in so I'm pretty pleased now.
Ok we all want to challenge for top spot but if we have to accept that's not going to happen then we are in great company with Utd Chelsea Liverpool and Spurs chasing 2nd place.
If City Utd Chelsea were all 10 points clear of us fighting for top spot leaving us Liverpool Spurs to fight over there left over crumbs and the 4th place trophy I'd be gutted but I can live with fighting for second along with the best of the rest.

Wouldve been nice for us to be involved in a title race for once til the end, but looks like there isn't going to be any title race this season, still it would b great if we can finish above Chelsea utd n the rest.

I can accept that every now and then there is a team who for that season at least are better by a distance to anyone and everyone else.
If a team is averaging 2.25 points they will get 85 points that season which is usually plenty to win a title while I think Chelsea averaged about 2.4 or something last season which is a pace that's extremely difficult to live with.
City average must be something stupid like 2.9 this season so far which is not only incredible but impossible to maintain but it does give City an awful lot of scope to drop to 2pts per game for ( our current average) and still end up with 88 points for the season which is almost certainly enough.
If we keep pace with Chelsea Utd over the season and get 80 plus points I will be delighted as it will be huge improvement on anything we've done for a decade.
