Just wanted to ask is Sanchez really asking for 350k a week or is it the press just plucking out numbers? I genuinely thought he might of been a player that just wanted success but seems he just wants to fill his pockets, shame if it’s true as he is a quality player. And at those figures not surprised arsenal are allowing him to leave, no player needs that much cash and shouldn’t try and hold a club to ransom.

That seems crazy! And thank you for the reply Ed002 surely from an economics stand point it doesn’t make a sound investment. I know city have backed out but wouldn’t he be their highest player, Sanchez is good but not that good to be the main man at city. And surely Utd are just going to cause themselves issues sticking a player on that much cash.

Either way the whole think doesn’t sit right with me, and the other thing that doesn’t make sense is if he is that motivated by money, I personally don’t see Sanchez winning a title at UTD they will be competitive at best, so why not wait to the summer and take a huge signing on fee, why is he so eager to get out now or is it arsenal pushing him out so they get some money from their investment?
