We need a massive overhaul. by Next season we need to change manager and coach are a neccessity and most of the team. Its come to the point where a fine tune up is not sufficient . We have to change the whole make up of the club if it means we have to sacrifice this season then so be it. Put all our eggs into the europa cup and see what happens.
The only way we are going to attract big players now is crazy wages. gone are the days when players came because of wenger. they are now leaving because of him.
