Its really hard for us Gooners at the moment to get behind the team I posted a few days back about previous Arsenal managers and how you felt that when you were in a bad run you were all in it together, but with Arsenes its just completely different vibe. All you get is how he turned, down the world to stay with us and bolshie reactions from him if anybody dares to question him and his methods. He doesn't mention the fans at all just about the teams mental strength (they haven't got any) and the players are together (obviously not) . To me he is acting like a manager who feels that because of his past triumphs he is unsackable and supremely confident that the board won't fire him. If its another night of pain Thursday I just cannot, see how he carry on a moment longer but I have serious doubt's whether Stan and the board will react to this or not at all because as one newspaper put they are paralyzed by fear of actually sacking him and Arsenes knows this.

I think the pressure on the club to act will become to great for them to resist, the pressure from fans the media and sponsors will continue to increase between now and the end of the season and no way can the club afford a repeat of last year's will he won't ridiculous saga with Arsene and his new contract by having a will they won't they sack him saga this summer.
The club is a shambles where the manager choses how long he continues regardless of results, the players don't bother because like us they've had enough and the board don't have a clue what's going on or what to do about it.
Sanchez Ox Theo broke away from the madness to save their careers with Theo and Ox taking less money to get away while Ramsey almost certainly and quite possibly Jack too will do like wise this summer.
If this was a fly on the wall reality tv show people would say it was fake and to scripted, but no this really is Arsenal football club in full swing now days.

We are witnessing the crumbling of an empire. The problem is nobody has the balls to sort it.

I must confess I am not as confident as others on here that Kronke will act. What evidence is there that he will do anything other than continue to live thousands of miles away and have absolutely no interest into the daily running of the club. Also I am sure I once read that Arsene only has a target of getting into the CL in only 2 out of every 4 seasons, or something like that, which if the case Kronke may say he has 1 more season to get us back. Add this to the increasingly defensive statements from Arsene, combined with press articles claiming he has told others he is staying as he is the right man to turn us around, and I fear that we may still have to put up with more of this than we all think. I hope to hell I am wrong.

EG until anything happens nobody can say for sure. that's why the fans have to let everyone at the club know they aren't happy and want change. Until someone listens.

The one light at the end of the tunnel for me Steve is the 2 new guys who have joined the back office/ management this year. Ed002 seems to know a lot about both, particularly the guy who has joined from Barcelona, (can't remember his name) and he has said good things about them. Certainly neither seem the sort who have come to put their feet up and let Wenger run the show, so I think things are slowly being put into place.
