Julian Nagelsmann is a good choice for a long term replacement! Before everyone goes on about experience, age and why we should appoint Ancelotti instead, read up on this guy instead. A new style of management is coming through in the younger boys and this guy is out there as one of the best in my opinion!

Just read about him and nothing that made me fall off my chair with excitement although decent enough 3 years unto management, us Sean Dyche not as impressive?
If we appoint him I would be happy because it means change and the first step has been taken but I wouldn't be thinking this is it, premier league title here we come.
Mind you back in 97 I wasn't thinking that about the bloke who had a name that sounded like the clubs but I'd never heard of, so I'm open to almost anyone that's not completely mind blowing ridiculous.

Really like him and wouldn’t say no, I would also think he’d jump at the chance.
Ed01 often talks good things about him.

I agree but he's young, passionate and is revolutionising the modern day management. I think he would be ideal and would have a lot to work with! Arsenal keep saying they want a long term successor rather than 'one in one out' every few seasons!

I think he would be an excellent choice. Does ed001 have a article on him? Nice to read up on him without the nonsense you'll find elsewhere. Would be great to have a young manager with fresh ideas I think that is the way forward.
{Ed001's Note - I don't mate, if I get a chance I will put something together.}
