So we were all hoping that last nights performance was going to be a fitting finale for Arsene's career at Arsenal, which was going to lead to a fairytail ending. Ok, so we didn't get the fairytail ending, but sadly, on hindsight, i think that performance was more than a fitting performance in representing the 2nd half of Arsene's spell. We showed no real desire to force a result, had plenty of ball but failed to make the opposition keeper sweat, switched off a few minutes before half time (worse than an under 9's team) , and had players who seemed to take no responsibility for what they could have achieved. I have genuinely believe we have the players to achieve more than we are (which is starting to wane) , but i really hope that whoever comes in as our new manager, puts a major squib up everyone of their rich pampered derriere's, and makes them play for their shirt.

There isn't a single player at the club who if they asked to leave would bother me, PEA yes we have high hopes for and he is quality but I wouldn't be devastated if he left.
I know Sanogo has a thing for Jack and lots of us still want Mesut to be what he was before he arrived but I've never known the fans to feels such little connection to an Arsenal squad.
Fans favourite?
And as for player of the season surely they wouldn't have the cheek to try and pass any of them off as such and even if they did I think trading standards might have something to say about it and make use more accurate words like least worst player of the season.

Yes G62, certainly a small pool for player of the year that's for sure! Probably for me, i would have to go for Cech. I am always bias towards keepers anyway, but despite him being a long way from his best now days, i don't see him responsible for the frequent debacles he witnesses in front of him, and he still seems to carry an authority and calmness.

Have to disagree. Although he has Laurel and Hardy and the Chuckle brothers playing in front of him, Cech has made quite a few costly errors all on his own. He is not the keeper he was, and although in my opinion, he shouldn't be the first out the door, he isn't too far down that long list. A new keeper is a must for me.
