De Gea is the impotat individual to a united side since Martin Buchan.
When Buchan wasn't available to cover the rest of the United team they were in all kinds of trouble and the same with De Gea today, no De Gea last season for United no champions league this season for United, that's how much he made up for the rest of the team.
He's more important to United than Ronaldo ever was simply because the rest of the team he plays with are so poor.
For city I'm not sure but for United he's invaluable right now because without hom they are purely europa league hopefuls.

I see what you're saying Gunner but that's selective. Without Salah's goals last season would Lpool have finished in the top 4? Spurs without Kane? Does that mean the rest of their teams are so poor, because they're relying on one player? It just happens to be that our best player is our goalkeeper, doesn't necessarily mean the rest of our team 'are so poor'.

How long you been watching United 18 mate? Where would you rate the current United team mate?
Totally agree that if you take away each teams best player they would obviously be weaker but Liverpool lost Continho and when from strength to strength United lost Ronaldo and did pretty well without him.
Lvg and Jose have made you the least attractive United I can remember even before Fergie when you couldn't win a title for decades you still played football that got the fans excited mate.
De Gea is a survivor of the Fergie generation and after 3 managers and 100s of millions he's the only thing keeping you relevant in today's game.
I remember United getting relegated and that team was still better to watch than Lvg or Jose United have been.
Having a brilliant goalkeeper is always a huge asset for any team but when it's the only thing good about a club like United there is something very wrong at that club.
Pogba is an outstanding player apart from in a united shirt and that has to be a concern for you boys mate.

To be fair a few man u players could walk into our arsenal team I would love pogba at our club great player just not suited to Jose style martial I'd have rashford and de gea for me would change our team and make them top 4 easy.

Totally agree Stephen but some good individuals don't make a team, if we got Pogba I'd be singing and dancing for weeks and I wouldn't say no to Matic or Matta either but at this United they are all a shadow of themselves in other teams shirts.
