On a plus side monreal can't stop scoring and looks like he could have another decent season. Not a great player but a practical and consistant performer. While not perfect, he times his runs forwards pretty good. Probably one more good season left.

Gunner, definitely a player who is reliable 6.5 or 7 every week. He used to be a bit rash but as he has got older, uses his head a bit more.

Monreal is a decent player steve. The only player from our backline that i would retain. The rest are terrible.

There was a reason that Arsenal were trying to sign a left back on deadline day, which I believ fell through due to problems obtaining a work permit. Monreal has been a solid performer, but nothing special, whilst Kolasinac despite a solid start this career at Arsenal has been a disappointment. I expect a new LB to arrive in the next window or the following one at latest.

Punani, i agree but i don't think mustaffi and socratis have been bad, far from it but they are not good enough to get us back into challenging for titles again. Most of our bad defending has started in midfield or in the last two games right back. Niles isn't a proper left back but that was the problem in the first half of the citeh game. The central defenders in any team need help and ours don't get what they should. They aren't great but they would be better with a little help.
