What you mean someone who accepts the conditions under which he took the job in the first place mate?
Didn't you run your own business Welsh mate? What did you expect from the people you employed
A. To do the job you hired them to do and which they freely accepted.
B. Argue with you and completely forget about what you and them agreed at the interview.
Come on mate give things a chance.

If they are leaders - professionally challenge to date what’s best and be committed to being the best.

I appreciate everyone is entitled to an opinion Sanogo mate but how can any of us have an educated definitive opinion on a brand new set up that is only half a season into its first season, we can be happy or unhappy at the start they have made but none of us or anyone else can declare this management team/ board a success or failure yet.
SY I have always felt every professional football team that charges an entrance fee to watch them has a duty to be the best they can possibly be whether that's Basingstoke wanting to get into the football league or Barnet wanting to get into the premier league or Burnley wanting to emulate Leicester city in 2016.
For any club to accept Just taking part as job done is wrong in my book but obviously not everyone can always achieve thier full potential or Spurs Arsenal Chelsea Utd Everton Liverpool City would all share the title each and every season.
Only one team can be champions but all should give their all in the pursuit of being that team.
None wants to see the club get into serious financial problems by sending crazy money we don't have but neither do we want to be the richest team in the europa league or worst still in the second round of the league cup each year.

Apologies to both Welsh gunners, wow you both look so alike:-)
Can't the new Welsh gunner change his name to notquiteaswelshastherealwelshguuner to make life simple for me :-)

Obviously everyone's allowed there own views so no bashing that but it does worry me how many arsenal fans I see slagging emery off. Give the guy a fair chance come on now. And as for the only loan situation i'm sure there's a good reason for it. Perhaps the wage bill being ridiculously high. Which will no doubt improve in the summer when a few players on stupid money leave.
