I am not too concerned that Mislintat is leaving, as he was brought in by Gazidis and Emery cleary has his own ideas and we are being linked with Roma's Monchi to come in as technical director.
It seems that before the summer clearout freeing up wages for new signings, we may make one or two loan signings. Possibly Denis Suarez and we are being linked with James Rodriguez, although I am not convinced we are truly after him.
The interesting thing is that it is clear that the weakest part of the team is the 3 in Emery's favoured 4-2-3-1 formation. Ramsey is going and Ozil will posibly move on too. This will free up space and wages for a couple of signings, either now or in the summer window.

It's not clear to me. To me, our defence is far weaker with a backup geriatric RB and Mustafi still on the books. Sokratis/ Kos will get us through to the end of the season I hope but we need to address the defence and badly.
