Sarri looks in real trouble after losing to United at home in the fa cup, obviously this one result alone isn't the reason he could be gone well before the season ends, his stubbornness and refusal to address what isn't working are the main charges against him.

50 points losing to by 2 goals to United at home in the cup and reluctance to change what obviously isn't working?
This dicsription could fit Dick every bit as much as Sarri and while I'm not suggesting Dick should be sacked I do think our expectations should be the same as Chelsea fans in wanting our manager to accept and deal with what obviously isn't working with the players they have currently.

Chelsea have a good individual players, their defence won them the league at some point I think, also their front line is one of the best on their day, so you definitely have to question Sarri’s tactics and game approach. I think chelsea have a team that can be fighting for the title with city and Liverpool.
But it all comes down to the manager in the end and it’s almost the same problem we are having this is why I think its us and Chelsea will miss out the top 4 spot.
United so there is a problem and they did something about it and its paying off, us and Chelsea we tried to fix the managerial problem but our managers did recognise the actual issue their teams have.

I agree Moe pound for pound Chelsea have better players than us so Sarri is underachieving more than Dick in not getting the best out of what he has at his disposal but like you I feel both Emery and Sarri haven't paid attention to where the weaknesses and strengths of their squad lays but simply tried to impose their own philosophy regardless of suitability to the job in hand.
There is no one way of doing things in football and no two sets of players are identical, what works at one club doesn't necessarily work at every club and when you change the peolpe who you work with you have to be prepared to meet them half way to find mutual understanding and working relationship that gets the best out of each group of players.

Olie won't have gone into the United job with the eaxatly the same philosophy and strategies he used in Norway or at Cardiff he will have adapted to his surroundings accordingly.

Well that ms exactly if 62 mate, I’m with all try your own philosophy and approach but if it not paying off well at least adapt to what you have and get as much points as you can and in the summer you assess why your philosophy didn’t work? Certain players don’t fit your style than sell and get your ownand work your magic. I know managers especially newly appointed ones will want to make their marks but if its not working what do you do, come up with a new idea or you going to start losing fans and palyer faith in your philosophy.
I might be completely wrong and I’m sure managing a team is not a bloody video game but we watch a lot of football for a decent number of times and we can see when its not working hense the people actually doing the job.
