Been reading lots of posts regarding emery and whether he is right for us. I think he had a great honeymoon period, we were getting results that we rode our luck in. The only games we played well in were Spuds, Liverpool and Chelsea.

Truth be told we could have Pep in charge but the board have no interest in investing like other teams around us, we were all sold a lie regarding the stadium move, i for one would go back to Highbury tomorrow, better atmosphere and we made it a hard place to play, but hey ho that is the past.

Get owners out and some serious investment in the squad and back room staff and we have a chance of top 4. How we allowed out key players to leave on a free is nothing short of criminal and heads should have rolled. Ozil remains marmite with me, our highest earner needs to step up and deliver, that being said are we expecting him to do things he is not capable of, tracking back tackling etc, would we not all prefer to have the stability in midfield and our defence that allows Ozil to be the creative force he can be.

I am happy to give emery the summer window to address our problems, getting Reiss Nelson back with give us a instant improvement on Iwobi. Here’s to getting behind the team for the remainder of the season. Really fancy us for the Europe league which is a must.

So we want a new investors and new back room staff so we can have A chance for a top 4 finish? Not much ambition there mate.
Emery knows his team better than anyone else at the moment. And if nelson is ready for the PL next season would be awesome and we don’t have to invest massively in that area sobwe can invest on the defence and sort out our leak at the back. Going forward hasn’t been a massive issue but keep it tight at the back has.
Next summer signings should give us more knowledge of the team Emerys want as we have a lot of replacement to do. But I think we need an upgrade on bouldy.

Leaving Highbury was the beginning of the end as far as footballing ambitions went under Arsene.
I don't think that was the plan originally but it just became more about money than winning and competing at the very top.
Hindsight is a wonderful thing but it was a mistake to leave football wise.
