I like your line up 62 mate, I see RG starting to rate Xhaka.

4.) 15 Aug 2019
15 Aug 2019 12:52:30
Leno
Bellerin Luiz/ Chambers Sokratis Tierney
Torreira Willock
Cabellos
Pepe Laca Auba

4-3-3 for me although you could call it 4-2-3-1 if the wingers drop back slightly. Willock works the hardest in the centre imo so he's a must, alongside Torreria for defensive stability. Cabellos slightly further forward. Obvious front 3 but Nelson and Martinelli are more than capable of playing if need be. I would certainly be inclined to use them a lot in the cup games where possible.

This is the season to give the lads game time because if we don't, Nelson and Willock are the next ones out the door. You might have better players in your team but you HAVE to integrate them at some point or what is the point? Foden is a prime example. Bernardo Silva, David Silva, Gundogan, Rodri, KDB, and Fernandinho but Pep still gives him minutes.

As long as they aren't loaned out they will get minutes Glen mate and they really have to use those minutes to get starts where they can prove to everyone most importantly Emery and say look " this is where I belong".
They deserve and will get a chances but they absolutely have to take them because if they don't prove themselves quickly the club will buy again making future chances even more limited for them.
That's the way it works at big clubs.
Rashford and Arnold aren't regulars because they are locals they are regulars because they are good enough and they prove it consistently.
Being Arsenal through and through isn't enough they have to be premier league through and through if they are to be part of our champions league returning Arsenal and ultimately part of a title challenging Arsenal.

Cheers Moe mate, Xhaka Mustafi and Miki Just haven't cut in at Arsenal mate so time to give others a chance who yet might make it.

I agree Gunner mate however, having literally 'minutes' to prove that you're good enough isn't realistic. They need 3 or 4 games not 3 or 4 10 minute substitute appearances. Rashford and TAA were given the opportunity and they done what they needed to do. I believe Willock certainly done what he had to do against Newcastle so a spot against Burnley is well and truly deserved. It's not like he's fighting for places against Laca, Auba and Pepe is it? Xhaka, Guendouzi and Elneny are the only players likely to push him for a spot if we play with 3 in the middle and I would choose Willock over any of those 3. Looking forward to seeing the line-up on Saturday :)

Absolutely Glen, I'm a firm believer in if you get your chance and do well you keep your place whether 17 or 27 or cost 50p or 50 million.
Equality for everyone with absolutely no positive or negative discrimination regardless of age cost or reputation, if your good enough you play and if someone else does better than you do when given the chance they stay in the team until you can displace them by being better than they are.
Playing on merit rather through reputation or rotation promotes a winning attitude and mentality throughout the club.

Are you all bonkers?! Did you see Ceballos faffing around and getting blown over against Newcastle. How on earth you'd choose to start a player that hasn't had time to bed into the squad and not yet shown to be up to speed with the prem over Ozil, one of the Prem's leading all time assist makers is beyond me.

Luckily Emery is the manager, and he's seen the light, so he'll be starting Ozil - who'll be top for assists this season too ;)

Love you to be right Jim but then again I'd love to win the lottery too mate:-)
The odds on winning a jackpot on the lottery are 42 million to 1 while your prediction is ever so slightly Longer odds still mate.

Mesut is that you? Stop posting on here

Seriously though stats are great but they don’t tell the full story in the modern game, for every good game he has 2 bad games. You have to work tirelessly in today’s game and that includes helping your defenders out when they need it, and I’m talking about on the pitch not outside a restaurant 😂.

14.) 16 Aug 2019

Luiz has got to start and willoc surely.

Play your best side and if you drop points people will be disappointed but play a weakend side and drop points and people will be angry and doubt your judgement.
If tomorrow's side includes Pepe Lacca Luis Torreira as well as Ceballos Emery will get away with a less than brilliant performance but if he leaves any or all of them out then it has to go very very well in their absence, that's football and how all managers are viewed.

No way will Ozil be on the bench with the wages he’s on, nice try chaps.

He was most of last season Banbury.

Not sure that’s right 62, got any stats?

19.) 16 Aug 2019
16 Aug 2019 20:23:45
Just looked 62, yes he seemed to miss a lot of matches but with stupid excuses which eventually will run out, I just can’t see a fit Ozil constantly sat on the bench.

16 Aug 2019 20:30:33
Stop it, stop it, just stop with the stats already!
You'll set Ed000 off!
