Hi Edd any updates on players Arsenal are looking at ahead of January transfer window?

Thanks!

BgdGooner

{Ed002's Note - There is nothing new at this time.}

Eds, any truth in Nainggolan rumors? Would be perfect for Arsenal.

BgdGooner

{Ed002's Note - I don't know what rumours you are referring to. Dortmund are looking to a deal for Nainggolan but Roma will set a very high price given he has only been there a short while.}

1.) 23 Jan 2015 12:06:20
The rumour from the Daily Express this morning that Arsenal are interested.

18 Jul 2014 12:45:26
Ed, have you heard anything about Arsenal signing 17-year-old Mladen Micanovic?

BgdGooner

{Ed002's Note - I haven't, sorry.}

29 May 2014 11:23:35
Apparently Juanfran has no intention of joining Arsenal, so I ask you Richards or Aurier?

For me it's Aurier, no doubt in my mind.

BgdGooner

1.) Am I missing something with Richards?

He doesn't play and when he does he gets injured. Fair enough, with his injury record, it's a match made in heaven.

IMO a waste of money.

2.) 29 May 2014 18:37:12
Uchida

3.) Aurier definitely.

25 May 2014 00:22:21
Ed, are Arsenal interested in Uchida or is it just paper talk?

BgdGooner

{Ed002's Note - To be honest, I don't know if Arsenal are interested in Atsuto Uchida or not. The target has been Aurier for sometime and that is certainly achievable.}

Wenger is just bad at making tactics for the big games period. When Arsenal win a big game it's because the opposition played poorly and we had a good day. Wenger never changes tactics he just picks the players and plays the same way over and over again. I bet he never analyses the opponent before the game. He is just too predictable. He never won a game against Mourinho just because of that. Mourinho knows how to play against him because he analyses his opposition which Wenger never does.
Wenger is just outaded and boring.

February was supposed to be our new beginning, really!

2.) 10 Feb 2018 17:53:42
Well as far as the league is concerned February is 100% finished.
Our next league game is March the 1st :-)

3.) 11 Feb 2018 01:00:38
Our defending is pathetic. Thought Tuchel was the best fit for us but looking at our defending, it seems that we really need a defensive coach. At least with Allegri we would stop leaking so many goals.

At first when we were about to sign PEA i, as most of us do, went to youtube to watch his goals. And i thought but most of these goals are tap ins, and then i saw this video:

He’s deadly mate.

2.) 04 Feb 2018 18:59:12
Raver, when did I say I wanted spurs to win against Liverpool?

03 Feb 2018 21:10:52
Alexis who?
Damn this team looks gooood! Ozil and Mkhi that's some serious creativity right there. Aubameyang and Lacazette are both good finishers and they will get a lot of chances to score with those two providing them.
Hopfully we salvage something this season and in the summer we finally add one physical dm (creative midfielders are really unnecessary) and a decent cb. Koscielny is not getting any younger and Mustafi is not reliable enough. I believe Ramsey will be a machine in that setup along with the new dm. We have great fullbacks in Bellerin and Kolasinac and our attacking power will be scary.
It's just two signings they have to get it right this time.
So excited!

Good luck to our boy Theo!

He was carrying a huge burden of expectation. Most of us have been frustrated at some point because of him not reaching the potential he was always labelled with. So much that most of us have forgotten all the great things he has done for the club and the fans. Thank you for the memories Theo!

Wish him all the best in his new adventure.

Has always been one of my fav players.

Takes a lot of stick, some deserved, but 108 goals in 397 games as a winger is as good as anybody in PL, if not world football.

Weird seeing him in another shirt.

2.) 18 Jan 2018 09:49:06
Shame to see theo go i believe he had a lot more to give to the club. With regular football he will flourish. Good luck to him.

3.) 18 Jan 2018 11:09:12
When so many english footballers get a justified bad press for their off field behaviour, Theo was, in my view, a gentleman, a fantastic professional, and a proper english football role model. It just never really gelled for him here, especially over the last couple of seasons, yet despite that, as others have mentioned, he still banged in a good deal of goals. I genuinely hope he does well for Everton, who hopefully will get the best out of him, as long as they play a style that suits him, and with him in the correct part of the pitch that better matches his abilities. If they do this, I am sure they will start to see what he is capable of again.

It's 2018 and yet we still sell our star players to City. So what exactly has changed after we paid off the new stadium? The only change i see is that we are not playing in the champions league. Something is rotten in the state of Denmark.

Always reminds me of true romance that saying 👍🏻.

2.) 13 Jan 2018 23:42:21
Bloody hell Sanogo.

It's Hamlet by William Shakespeare 😂😂.

3.) 14 Jan 2018 00:08:09
Is it lol. I remember Christian slater saying it in true romance! Are you sure Shakespeare never stole it off him 😂.

Aubameyang won't be coming to Arsenal period. Everytime a transfer drags on for more than a week you can count it out. Arsenal won't pay what they ask and will wait until the last day and still won't offer what the club is asking for and possibly panic buy someone who was 10th on the list of targets because no one will sell, or say that we already have enough players. How many times does it have to happen for the fans to realize that's how the club works.

It's a shame really, the kid is pretty good, he was part of Serbian world cup under 20 winning team and was one of the stand out performers and had a pretty good season with Lazio. I would pay 30 mil for him any day.

I would much rather go for Douglas Costa from Bayern :)

We were heavily linked with him when before he joined Juventus. That's exactly the lack of transfer iniciative that we had problems in the recent years. And when we get our player we have to pay a lot more if we didn't slack in the first attempt. We got Alexis for 40 mill or so but we were interested in him before he joined Barcelona, we were interested in Aubameyang, Hazard, Mata, Higuain the list goes on. And when we want to sign those players again it's to pricey but inicially if we paid less we would've gotten them. We need to be more concrete with the offers we make and not hesitate to pay a few mill more.

I'd rather Kroenke left. But if both would step down it would be better.

We had the same situation with Van Persie. Copy paste.
