Hey eds, I'm seeing on sky sports we have been offered Malcom but we are persistent with Zaha? Do you know the price range for a Malcom?

I think we should take the compromise, Malcom showed promise with Bordeaux and would be a suitable match up with Lacazette and Aubamayang no? Not even mentioning the limited transfer budget. Though we have somehow found 70mil for Zaha now?

The problem with Zaha is that 25% sell on Value. The only positive thing about this whole thing is Zaha is supposedly making it very clear he wants to join his boyhood club (us) not that Palace will care too much. Fingers crossed we can get some more funds because as much as I want Zaha to join. We really do need to sort out the defence.

If a player really wants to join a certain club and that club offer a fee that isn't ridiculously short of the asking fee his current club have a real decision to make, keeping a player who desperately wants out doesn't usually end well and clubs quite often end up accepting much less than they originally wanted in January or the following summer.
Alexis Sanchez is a prime example although of course his contract was coming to an end where Zaha isn't but we should have sold to City in the summer for 60 million rather than having to accept Miki or nothing in the January.
Sanchez was our best player but once his heart wasn't in Arsenal he was a shadow of his former self in his last 4 months with us.
If Zaha really wants Arsenal and Arsenal really want Zaha it will happen.

I'm seeing that Markus Schubert is a potential signing, do you know who he is? Whether he's shown a lot of promise and can be a suitable back up goalkeeper?
