We can all look at the accounts when they're published shortly but don't just look at the cash balance. Look at the entire sheet and it's easy to see why the club doesn't over spend.
This year's is expected to be better reading but the increased spending was a sign of it. Still a far ways off having title winning spending power.

It's PSG's get-around for the transfer restrictions imposed on them. PSG would be a far more attractive club for him than any premiership club anyway. The thought of just going there on loan to look for a move here is laughable.
All Vela has to do is say no to Arsenal and move to one of the clubs that offers more money. JUst having a release clause does not mean the player has to accept terms.
Couldn't afford that amount either.
