What does Sanchez get paid per week now? £150,000? and he wants £400,000.
Keep him 1 more year and let him go next summer for free. The club save £13,000,000 in wages on him.

To replace Sanchez with a proven like for like replacement (if you can find one) would likely cost 80 millions upwards in transfer fee plus minimum 10 to 15 millions a year in wages so paying him 20 million a year to stay looks financially the best option.
Sanchez is tried tested and the proven article for us who ever came in would be a gamble as all signings are.

What is point of keeping some one who doesn't want to be here!? I would sell him for a good amount of money and get a decent replacement, I. e. Lemar, Fekir, Mahrez! :)

Sen has sanchez told you he doesn't want to be here. He os no different to any top top footballer, he wants wonga and loads of it. Rooney has been on 300,00 for the last three years, its not new just greed of the footballing world. And the player you named who aren't as good would in total cost this club even more for their deals.

Sen if he signs a new 20 million a year deal he obviously does want to be here, if he doesn't sign a new deal then I agree get what we can for him now because this time next season we have the same problem only without the 40 ÷ millions to help find a replacement
Offer him the dosh if he takes it happy days and if he doesn't then Hey ho it's the way it goes sometimes.

Derby, if sanchez goes because we don't satisfy him then that's that but lemar as good as he may or may not be is a gamble and he isn't up to sanchez standard yet, if he ever will be. Lemar and sanchez, yes, to replace, not for me and it will cost us more to do it.

IF Sanchez stays one more season, and IF we make top four and get CL, would we not be in a better financial position to replace Sanchez next summer with a little change?
If we sell Sanchez for £50 million this summer and sign say Mahrez for £35 million we have only really made £15 million for loosing a proven quality player for what I see as a risk!
£15 million in the world of football is not a lot of money!

If we allow Walcott, Ox, Giroud and Gibbs to leave. With the risk that Bellerin, Ospina and Szczesny could also all be off. We could have problems filling the gaps. After Lacazette and Mahrez (if true) we will need to focus on GK but we could have a real problem at RWB.

I can't see any club outside of China paying him those wages. I believe that we should leave our offer on the table, keep him playing with Lacazette, Ozil (who I think will sign) and a new Santi type player, he will get the best from them, and them from him. A risk but he may just decide he wants us more than we want him! Don't get me wrong, Sanchez is a great player, but not £400k pw great!

Sanchez has 12 months to run on his contract, in Jan he could agree a pre deal for free. the 18 year old you are talking about has a contract until 2020 I believe.
