Evening Ed's, bild are reporting we have had a €60m bid rejected for Dayot Upamecano, do you know if the report has any truth to it? Thanks.
{Ed002's Note - As I have previously explained, Dayot Upamecano (CB) would be available for anyone offering somewhere close to the €100M termination clause. Arsenal certainly enquired and were told this.}

Probably the right time for Koscielny to depart, nearing 34 and not quite the same since his serious injury. I just hope we sign a quality CB beforehand window closes. Yes, we have a decent pairing of Sokratis and Holding, but the rest are unimpressive to say the least.

Ed 001 if you are about, I have question that I would like to hear you in put on please.
How is a club the size of arsenal so cash strapped? surely we have more money in the bank than most are stating we do! Is it a case of we have cash just unwilling to spend it or is the club really not making profit? I'm sorry if you have went over this I have tried searching but can't find anything relevant to it. Tia.
{Ed001's Note - the club makes a profit but that doesn't mean it will or can spend it all. Directors' salaries have to be paid and monster wages cut into the available spending power.}
