Hi fellas, think Golovin would be unlikely given interest from Juventus and (likely) other CL teams. Whispers that Cech could be on his way, albeit slightly odd as he was given #1 shirt; would explain, though, why Leno's shirt is TBD. On the defence, expect Sokratis to be announced July 1 as widely reported. In for Caglar, but not the only option and no agreement yet on transfer fee. Torreira to be sorted after world cup. Nothing to add on Banega whispers. Personally would love if we got Lozano - desperately need a pacey, tricky winger. Come on you Gunners.

Club have officially declared that no candidate turned us down - whilst technically true, that may be only encompass those to whom we made an offer. I'm sure the likes of Simeone, Allegri, would have 'turned us down', so to speak, prior to the club making an official offer - or 'ruled themselves out of the running', for want of a better phrase.
Regarding no money to spend, there obviously is some, though admittedly and inevitably not as much as the likes of City and United
Re no say on transfers - again, probably not entirely the case. Raul and Sven, along with Gazidis, are behind the wheel on the transfer front, but would make little sense for the manager to provide no input whatsoever. It seems to be more of a combined 'team' effort.
