When your top players are in the centre circle trying to create play up the top, you are always going to be in trouble! We are supposed to have a solid defence with a good defensive midfielder in front. A player who can do all the creating the middle of the field and then a threatening strike force! We currently have none of that and it's an compete embarrassment.

Defending is poor (like it has been for years). The midfield is having to defend too much because the defence is poor and then the attacking players are doing too much defending because we are all shocking at defending! It's hard to say that I even enjoy watching us anymore at the minute. Praying for change that's all I can ask for.

Very interesting story coming from usmanov.

So a man who is more in the know than any of us despite not being able to get into the board as much as he'd like has come out and said Stan and his board are to blame for our failings while backing arsene. Maybe it's wishful thinking and as I said on another post I do feel it's too late with wenger and he is to blame for some of this. But things like this do make me wonder if I problems lie deeper than our manager.

The problems are deeper no two ways about it. But i've always hated stan and wanted usmanov in.

I was against having him in before. But he seems to care about the club. More than I can say for Stan.

Y can't he just offer mega money 2 stan as that's all he cares about anyway its not like he can't afford it. Does anyone know if usmanov ever offered 2 buy stan out.

Hi Eds,

Been a lot of talk of ox leaving, apparently he said it himself too. I personally think he's one of the few who's showing real fight and is explosive when he comes on. AW maintains he wants him to sign a new deal. Any news on his future?

Thanks Ed, I'll be gutted if he leaves! I think he'd do great and it would really come back to haunt us!
