I watched Lyon play over the weekend and ferguson was in the stands watching. It's quite feesable to say he Is interested!

I don't think they'd buy him, they have nani valencia welbeck valencia giggs who can all play on the wings, they dont need hazard, but a natural amc instead. I wouldn't be worried, someone like sneijder or ganso it much more likely

Daily Mail says Hannover will make a £4m bid in the summer for him. To be honest with his wages I think that's all we will get for him although this time last year an £8-10m price tag I believe was put on Bendtner.

Does anyone know if brek shea impressed during his trial last year? and are we likely to sign him in the future? he seems to be in the mould of a bale like player i.e strong runner, tons of energy. Americans usually fot in well in PL dont they.

One player i cant see leaving this summer is Djourou. This being because we need to have him in the squad to meet the home grown quota. Hence why he got a new contract to save us spending over the top on a english player

Kyle Bartley and Henri Lansbury will be back next year and will make up our homegrown
mate, we only have Djourou a contract extension because he played a certain amount of games, don't be too shocked if he does leave mate.

He's considered homegrown due to his age when he joined Arsenal and how long he's been here.

The number of youth players coming though will make up the numbers easily though so it's not an issue.

according to John Cross (mirror), wenger is fed up and has lost patience with city and isn't prepared to sell players to them again.

Well...money often talks louder, but I hope he means it- s**teh can f**k off.

Also, podolski IS NOT a replacement for rvp, insists wenger and last summer was a 'one off' and is adamant not to repeat last summers transfer dealings...

lets hope so- I can potentially see this as a big summer for arsenal.

As many of you guys know, according to Javier Perez, Arsenal have secured the signature of Lewis Holtby. Now, I don't know how many of you have seen him play, but this kid is incredible. His footwork is magnificent, and he seems to have amazing vision. Holtby can be the creative spark we need. I wasn't too excited about the transfer originally, but he seems to be playing really well on a struggling Schalke side. How do the rest of you feel about him?

I am from Germany and i've seen him play more often than many of you fellow Gooners i guess.

yes he is a good player and has talent. but i don't know if he is ready to play for a club like Arsenal yet.

but i wouldn't be too worried if he was to play for us.

It's interesting how wenger is going for a lot of German players at the moment what with Merts, poldi, Holtby and apparently now Marin (again) I wonder if this is because they're a cheaper version of their English counterparts? (Poldi £10m ((ending contract))Bent £20m Merts £9m Cahill £7m ((ending contract though)) Marin £10m Johnson £15m)

Or wether it's that German players are industrious and aren't really drama queens or divas

Either way I like Holtby, he's not overly quick but a great passer and dribbler and he'll trouble defences, my only concern is he's NOT a winger by trade, but a Cam just off the forwards like the ox played against Milan and like Arshavin should of been, I don't want Holtby to be played lw and then be ruined, plus isn't Dzagoev on a free this year? I'd like Dzagoev aswell! But I'm greedy!

Could be m'vila then that means diaby defo out of the club... but i highly doubt that... i believe its for hazard if anything as he wont go to tottenham very unlikely... man utd not all that of favourites... and liverpool no way unless things go their way...

that leaves arsenal and chelsea the strongest linked... and out of these two arsenal are the team tight lipped with hazard and lille...

so looks promising but price tag could be the issue...
