just read from an unreliable source that arsenal might bid for llorente in jan, any truth in that?
This would be a fantastic purchase. He'd be very expensive though. We've relied on Chamakh and Bendtner (not this year for Bendtner obviously) to come on as a plan B and use their height to receive crosses from the wings if our traditional central short pass style wasn't working.
Llorente can not only add that other dimension but he is also quite good on the ball which means he could fit in at Arsenal much better than Chamakh or Bendtner have.
Doubt it will happen though. If he leaves Bilbao, it will be for Barca or Madrid.

Arsenal are looking at any talented players with there contracts running down so they can get them cheaper..
