is the reason ozil is not being played financial? i don't know, but stay with me, is hit due to a contract a big payout for his next game, next assist, next goal, and they don't want to play him until that runs out? just a thought! can't think of anothe reason, let's not forget we did not play nija turtle cause it would cost us 10k a game, i'm only throwing out ideas here, I've know real idea, but is it possible

I belive that Emery realises that if Ozil is played, more often than not he is a total waste of space who need to be moved on. Wenger/ Gazidis should be shot for giving him a £350,000 a week long term deal.

It's funny Rick because I've always wondered if Xhaka has some kind of Clause in his contact that he must start every league game if fit.
It Just seems weird That Pea Torreira Lacasette are not undroppable but Xhaka is under Dick and was under Arsene despite 3 season of underwhelming performances.

There must be a logical reason why he never ever fails to start, Dick subs him early but always always starts him.

Like i said earlier that one (xhaka) is a minus with me and Dick. i'm sure and i hope one day the penny will drop, he is one of the main reasons we are so porous. Apart from his obvious failings, last season he made more errors that led to goals than any player in the league and apparently leads that same stat this season. Dick if your water pump is leaking on your car, you change it quick!

Xhaka is an enigma. On the one hand, his mangers have all played him regularly, as an integral part of their sides and yet he has a mistake in him and at times seems to lack intensity. I felt he would improve under Emery, with the shackles removed after Wenger departed and with better coaching and intensity. This doesn't seem to have happened and we clearly need a further DM to play alongside Torreira. Lamina from Southampton would be a decent shout. I also like Southampton's RB Cedric Soares.
Carrasco and Denis Suarez could provide greater width.
This window we will be fortunate to get one or two loan deals at best.

Gooners, why the obsession with Ozil who wasn't in the squad?
Pellegrini easily out coached Emery - our problems were all over be it Iwobi tracking back at Arshavin pace etc.
Ozil ain't the problem - start asking if we've overrated this gaffer - we're conceding goals worst than Arsene.

RG, you have to have something to improve, to improve, he can't run, can't dribble, can't read a game, can't sense danger, can't head, can't tackle, can't hold off an opponent, and can't dominate opponents. He is a championship player at best and even then off the bench, i really don't know why people can't see that.

Ozil gets dropped Lacasette gets dropped Torreira gets rested/ rotated Pea gets rested, rotated but Xhaka starts every single game under Dick now and Arsene before him no matter how poor he plays, something isn't right and there has to be an explanation as to why.
Either we have two managers who can't see what the rest of football sees and talks about consistently or there is some kind of Clause along the lines Southampton had with Ox.

Gunner, i likeca lot of what Dick is trying but for whatever reason it is, if he doesn't out xhaka and soon, him and me will have a problem. Lol.
