Hope it is true what I read this morning that Sanchez has signed a new deal will be announced in 2 weeks. And we are in advanced talks with 2 high profile players
and ozil expected to sign to.

Na can't see sanchez signing for us. What i don't get is that Sanchez will have to compete with Aguero and Jesus up top. In the wing positions, sanchez would be competing with Sterling, Bernando silva and Sane. If he were to stay at Arsenal he would be the main man for us but it doesn't seem like he wants this. Not sure what this fascination with Champions League is as i cannot see Man City winning it. If its for the mere fact of the pull of quality players, eds have already said that this shouldn't be too much of a hinderence and i think they're right. I think its just that Sanchez was promised some big signings and that just hasn't happened. I would be very surprised if we brought any big names again this window but would like to be pleasently suprised.

He would go straight in as first name on the team sheet if he went there. His tenacity and aggression is perfect for Peps style of play. He is also much more likely to win the league with City and get much further in the champions league with them. I'd love him to stay but pretty much resigned to losing him. Anyone in the prem would be a big blow. Losing the OX would be a massive blow for us aswell, especially if we don't replace them both with big names. not to fussed about ozil. would rather have someone with a better work rate.

Alexis would be first name on the team sheet at any club except perhaps the big two Spanish giants. He's either the best player in the league or close to it so I think he'd be fine with moving to City. The only reason I don't think it would work is that he and Pep haven't always suited each other, and Arsenal probably won't sell to City.

My guess is he's either off to Bayern, or he's seeing out his contract to move on a free.

Perhaps the club isn't showing him enough to convince him to stay as he wouldn't want to do much of the dirty work alone on the pitch. He wants to see players with a winning mentality as he recently highlighted when talking about Iwobi.
