Hi all,
I’ve been visiting this site for literally years, but have only just created an account .

Firstly, Ed002, thank you so much for all of the continuous stream of information, you're the sole reason I keep coming back. You are very much appreciated!

Secondly, can we all appreciate the massive cahoonas on Saka for willingly stepping up to take probably the most important penalty in English football history. Immensely proud he’s one of our own! Hope he’s not kicking himself too hard.

I’m feeling optimistic about this season. If we can shift some players and invest well, let’s hope we can make a push for top 4 again.

Any new updates on outgoings now the Euros have finished Ed?

Cheers.

{Ed002's Note - It looks something like this:
Bernd Leno (G) Leno could well leave.
Matt Lacey (G) left as a Free Agent
Hector Bellerin (RB) Real Betis would like Bellerin to replace Emerson. He is seen as a serious option for Inter as a Hakimi replacement. Atletico Madrid are keen at the right price. Villareal may just offer an option. Kia did look a straight exchange of Bellerin and Neto knowing Arsenal are interested in a GK in the summer, although they have now sugned Hakimi.
Sead Kolasinac (LB) wants to leave Arsenal and has been offered to Lazio and Roma by his agent. Fenerbahce have asked for details. Schalke have proposed taking him on loan but will only pay part of his salary. Will likely be allowed to leave as a Free Agent.
Dinos Mavrapanos (CB) Will stay at Stuttgart for another year with an option, rather than obligation to buy.
William Saliba (CB) No future and his time is being wasted at Arsenal - but they may well force him to stay to save spening money on a replacement. Loan at Nice has gone well and Marseille have asked about a loan for next season whist discussing another player with Arsenal and likely losing out of their first choice Caleta-Car replacement and perhaps Newcastle - but that would be dependent on another matter. Marseille have finally got an agreement for a loan after a lot of messing about by Arsenal.
David Luiz (CB) will leave at the end of the season as a Free Agent. A return to France is possible although PSG have opted for Ramos instead. Other options exist.
Granit Xhaka (DM) One of several options for Roma - but price is an issue. Roma are not pleased with Arsenal and are also going down the take it or leave it route.
Lucas Torreira (DM) will be made available in the summer if a deal cannot be struck in advance with Fiorentina as Arsenal are pricing him out of the market and Lazio have the same opinion, the player may get his wish to move to Boco on loan as they only offer an option to buy at a low price. CSKA and Lazio will likely battle it out and I suspect Lazio will win out.
Matteo Guendouzi (CM/DM) Hertha Berlin will not be taking up their option. Marseille are keen as a Kamara replacement but think Arsenal are asking too much. Real Betis and Villareal will be priced out of a move. 'l'OM have given rsenal a take it or leave it price and they have taken it.
Dani Ceballos (CM) loan will expire at the end of the season.
Joe Willock (CM) Newcastle want loan to permanent. Arsenal would like to keep him but if they persist in looking to other options there will be no space for him and he will be squeezed out. He is now 21 and would count as part of the full squad.
Reiss Nelson (CM) new contract and a loan seems a possibility but a decent offer could see Arsenal bite as they reshuffle midfield.
Ainsley Maitland-Niles (CM) An enquiry has been made by both Newcastle and Southampton. Due to his versatility there will likely be interest from elsewhere as well. He and his agent have made it clear he wants to play in midfield and not as full back. With midfield additions it is hard to see if there will be space for him going forward.
Emile Smith Rowe (AM/CM) Aston Villa are certainly interested in ESR and Arsenal are certainly in need of selling players but I doubt Arsenal will want to sell him as there are plenty of others they want to let go of first. So it is possible rather than probable.
Eddie Nketiah (S) Will look to other options in the summer. Bayer Leverkusen, Crystal Palace and West Ham might provide one, Leeds perhaps another.
Alexandre Lacazette (S) proving difficult to find interested potential buyers and may well run down his contract over next season and leave as a Free Agent.
Willian (W) Arsenal want to sell but the price combined with his wages make a move to the MLS and Inter Miami most unlikely. They will look for other solutions.
Pierre-Emerick Aubameyangadingdong (S/LW) Arsenal were kind enough to give Aubameyangadingdong a nice new contract 6 months ago - it is unclear why, but coming up to 32 it would not have given a boost to or protected his value meaning that which he sucks £350k a week out of the club the future is pretty bleak unless he wants to move to China or to Turkey. Dropping wages and seeing his time out in the graveyard of elderly strikers at Inter Milan or perhaps Manchester United might be an option but there is no obvious interest.}

Wow. Thanks Ed for the huge amount of detail. Top bloke!

Apart from Aubameyang, I would be happy enough to sell every single one of those players to raise funds for incomings. Let’s see how we get on this summer.

Cheers again Ed, much appreciated.

Sounds like the same old Arsenal!

Great stuff ed002 and totally agree Muska. Saka stepped up when there were plenty of players ahead of him backing off. He was the main reason I kept tuning in last season.
