Hi Ed, do Arsenal still hold any interest in Klass Jan Huntelaar, if so is it likely he will join us in January? Also what's the situation on Zaha? {Ed002's Note - Yes and it is possible he will join. Crystal Palace will look to hold on to Zaha until the summer and if they get promoted perhaps after that too. He was to be allowed to move this past summer at the right price with Sunderland, West Ham and Reading look possible destinations. Liverpool have certainly looked at Zaha in the past but there is strong interest from Arsenal. Game time will no doubt be a factor in the short-term.}

Ed, Do you see Kevin Strootman at Arsenal in January? {Ed002's Note - Doubtful. Manchester United and Liverpool took a look at Kevin Strootman last season but tentative enquiries were met by a reluctance to sell so soon after arriving. His performances have attracted further interest from Manchester United, Arsenal, Valencia, AC Milan, Schalke 04 and Hamburg. I expect him to move to Manchester United or Milan in the summer.}

I can't see him going so arsenal because his worth more then 10 mil

Just reading that chelsea are now in the lead to sign walcott? I might be going crazy but........................
what about a swap for daniel sturridge and..............
cashley cole thats right ladies and gents cashley cole who is out of contract in the summer has played well under arsene before and would reunite with henry a fellow invinsible?? :/ its a crazy one but could prove to be a smart move better than andre santos anyways and sturridge would be great to compete for striker and left wing.

Cole's losing his speed and will only getting worse when you compare him to Gibbs or Baines if you really want a new LB. he's on crazy money and supposedly going to be tempted over by PSG. not jumping on this bait will do us good, i reckon.

psychocyst.

Agree0 Disagree0

Why do everyone fancy sturridge, he`s no goal machine thats for sure

Agree0 Disagree0

Hes better than chamakh ;)

Agree0 Disagree0

I meant to cover gibbs more than replace him he can bring gibbs's development on with his experience.

Baz136

Agree0 Disagree0

He will not go to arsenal to cover his still one of the worlds best left back and his coming to the end of his career so will wont to play as much as he can

Agree0 Disagree0

Yea pretty unrealistic really but just got me thinking when chelsea were linked with walcott who i would realisticly have from chelsea in a deal for walcott? :/

Baz136

Agree0 Disagree0

I would deffo take essien or ramieres although i reckon we have no chance with either. both are the sort of player we could do with.

If Cashley comes back to this club it will be an absolute disgrace. Any fan who sees this as an option has no integrity whatsoever.

Agree0 Disagree0

Because henry left arsenal for less money lol fair dos cashley made a big deal about it but you cant really slate him he was one of many who left the club for more money......

The independent are reporting Chelsea interested in Theo. They're usually one of the more honest papers and don't tend to bullish!t like the sun or d.m
I reckon it'll be between them and utd

Edd any chance of moussa sissoko joining different player to m'villa and capoue but he's a strong lad and available for a fair price he will bring energy and strength to the midfield. Keep up the good word edd much appreciated
Imranredman {Ed002's Note - Toulouse's Moussa Sissoko has previously attracted interest from Milan, Arsenal, Lyon, Roma, Genoa, Liverpool and probably Napoli. Damien Comolli went as far as letting Sissoko's agent know that Liverpool saw Sissoko as the ideal long-term replacement for Steven Gerrard - but for some reason the club failed to make the final push to buy the player. Sissoko remains available (as he has done for two years) and Juventus, Newcastle and Spurs have enquired - with a tentative agreement being reached with Newcastle and Juventus over the price.}

Hi Eds,

I just wondered whether there is any interest in Cavani as his form this year for Napoli is immense (17 apps, 19 goals).

I can't see Wenger spending 30m myself but wondered if there was any news of him moving?

Sally {Ed002's Note - Chelsea maintain an interest in Cavani. De Laurentiis has said he would not sell for anything less than his 70M euro valuation of the player.}

Believable5 Unbelievable4

Good luck on the 70m euros

why are we not linked with christian tello from barca and sakho from psg would both be perfect sighnings and fairly cheap as one has an 8mil buy out clause and he other one barely gets a game at psg would swap then in a second for squid and chamackh......

Baz136 {Ed002's Note - Tello has agreed to sign a new contract and perhaps you would learn move of Sakho by reading the other posts.}

Believable3 Unbelievable4

Ed 002 just read that tello's new contract has a buy out clause for around 8mil euro?

Baz136 {Ed002's Note - Don't read anything in to a 10M euros "buy out" clause.}

Hey Ed, any news about Loic Remy coming to Arsenal? I know there was some speculation earlier this year. {Ed002's Note - Chelsea, Spurs, Newcastle and Lille have shown varying degrees of interest in Loic Remy but there have been no approaches to Marseille regarding Remy from QPR who appear to be the latest club linked with the player. Remy would perhaps be interested in a move to England but his recent form has been poor and Marseille know it will be difficult to get a good price for the player. There was discussion with Chelsea about Remy during the negotiations over Azpilicueta but it came to nothing. Newcastle will likely make a low offer for Remy in January.}

ed what is the latest Mamadou Sakho & mbiwa have we got any interest in these players & do you see them coming to arsenal {Ed002's Note - Arsenal and Lyon have sustained interest in Sakho and there is growing interest from Newcastle, Manchester City, Inter Milan and possible interest lingering interest from Real Madrid and Barcelona. PSG are not keen on selling and he seems keen to stay. Mbiwa had been of serious interest to AC Milan, Lille and Fenerbahce but having signed a new deal at Montpellier will not be going anywhere for a while. However, the summer may see interest from both Chelsea and Arsenal see bids for Mbiwa.}

Sol Campbell meets Garth Crooks frequently at my local pizza shop ,Delizia, on Chelsea Manor Street(and its okay but full of sloanes) and I have sat and listened to the stuff they spout....they were saying that Arsenals directors and management are hurt by the criticism and are going to buy a couple of marquee players....but huntelaar is going to italy so it is not him!

Believable11 Unbelievable30

Yeah Tony Adams frequently visits Lee Dixon in my local kebab shop for a chat too...

Can't wait to tell Elvis later, when i go for my Friday fish n chip supper.

Well the fact that Sol lives a few minutes walk from Chelsea manor street in the 10m pound house he brought from the father of the English actress Mini driver. I believe there is some credibility attached to this story......the fact that Sol was at the spuds game with Henry creates the impression he still has his finger on th pulse.The Dutch striker is off to Inter,and Drogba might be off to Juventus...km

Agree0 Disagree0

Must be a top pizza place if Sol drives down from Northumberland for it!

I'm not sure what the term marquee signing is.... Someone who cost loads and earns loads....It's about quality not price....Arsharvin remains our most expensive signing...carzola cost 26.m euros which equates to 12.5m pounds....is he a marquee signing....we lack heart,passion,leadership at times,midfielders that often sit too deep....wide players who don't create enough,don't score enough,and offer no protection to their full backs....a left back who can remain fit.....a defensive system where we mark man for man like the old back four.....bit yeah we need some players.... Left wingez r and defensive midfielder plus a striker....km {Ed002's Note -Cazorla cost £16.7M. Your euro/£ exchange rate is light years away from being correct.}

I know for a fact he has a house in Chelsea... It came with a mews house which is located at the back of the main property.....he lived in the mews house while the main house went under complete renovation....I know the exact house......which runs off Chelsea manor street...too be honest he could have other houses in other parts of the country....I was stating a fact ....you know whst you read in the sun or daily mirror....person...

sorry ..ed regarding the amount paid for carzola....was written on iphone....i think it was 16.5m euros which at the rate then was about 12.5m pounds {Ed002's Note - Cazorla cost Arsenal £16.7M.}

15 Dec 2012 02:34:31
The guy on Spanish football on sky who is very well informed stated that Carzola cost us just over 16m euros....Malaga had to sell him to pay a tax bill that was due.....if it wasn't paid they would of been kicked out of the champions league... {Ed002's Note - So you trust him over me?}
